A little about myself
For most of my childhood, I guess you could say that I was not the athletic type. I started to gain weight at about 7 years of age and it continued throughout my youth maxing out at about 240Ib at 11 years old. When I turned 12 & entered middle school I desperately wanted to change & with that desire I lost close to 70Ib in less than a year. More time went on & I entered into high school where issues with my physical appearance started to creep up on me once again. I had been terribly overweight for the majority of elementary school & although successfully taking it all off, I later realized I spent most of my early teens as an extremely skinny boy & I again wanted to change. Everything really took off in my junior year of high school when I was introduced to bodybuilding. At 18 years old I fell in love with the gym & have never looked back since. I spent hours working out and reading loads of books on the topic. As the years continued to pass I realized I had become a new me with lots of muscle, lots of confidence & years worth of fitness knowledge and experience under my belt. But my desire to learn never stopped & I have widened my skill sets and knowledge to almost all aspects of health & fitness.
The birth of Best Exercise Fitness
I established this website to satisfy my desire to help others achieve their fitness dreams. Through my many years of training & research I continued to be bothered by what other fitness resources lacked. I noticed that all the information available to the public was increasingly confusing, different sources would contradict one another leaving me clueless as to who I should listen to0.
Most of the online answers where vague & hard to apply in practice and the loads of information & topics was just incredibly overwhelming to the point where I didn’t even know where to start the majority of the time. Lastly, I saw that most fitness sites were more or less about the same specific topics being building muscle or weight loss, never branching out and showing the public all the amazing ways to achieve a healthier life. That’s where Best Exercise Fitness swoops In for the rescue. This site was created with your interests and usability in mind so you can avoid all the above problems
